Yoga with Adriene is a popular YouTube channel where Adriene welcomes everyone to practice yoga with her. She has some great series such as yoga for beginners, yoga for anxiety, yoga for parents and yoga for virtual learners.
Cosmic Kids Yoga has created over 1000 videos teaching yoga to children. Her videos are themed to encompass story telling making them not only good exercise but fun and entertaining too. Some of the themes include: Trolls, Little Mermaid, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dinosaurs, Spiderman, Sonic, Frozen and Star Wars.
Yoga Ed have a collection of yoga videos for children, teens and adults that include series on mindful practice and trauma-sensitive yoga.
Namaste Kid have a free library of yoga poses that show a clear picture of the pose and step by steps instructions on how to do it. Also available, by subscription, are teaching tools and lesson plans.
Foresty England have produced a 12 minute yoga class for children. Enjoy yoga in this woodland adventure with a story about Luna the dog.
